Hi

I was sad to hear the news this week about DessieLynam leaving
Countdown and being replaced by DessieO'Connor (erm, wrong
Dessie there Clive - the Editor!)

Ah, thank you Ed. Pity to hear that old age had caught up with
the great Desert Orchid, he's now in the great racecourse in the
sky with other favourites of mine, including Dubai Millennium,
Persian Punch and Best Mate, great horses all and it's worth
remembering (wiping the tears from cheek) of the joy and
excitement these animals bring to many. I know I wouldn't want
to be whipped and ridden by AP McCoy (but if Natalia
Gemelova's available, I'd have to reconsider).

And talking about the near departed . . .

The Don't Tell The Professionals financial trading programme I
told you about recently has proved so successful that the doors
are closing on new students on Sunday19th November until
March 2007 - so that 250 limit wasn't just a marketing ploy after
all!

What's more I have just been told that all existing and new
students will be given a £2,247 trading software upgrade that will
allow students to automatically track and profit from even more
trades.

Recent results are also encouraging - NickLaight told me
yesterday about a successful wheat trade that was closed out plus
one student who had made over £500 from 3 short term trades
betting just £1-£2 per point!

As you have less just 2 days until the doors are closed, I reckon it
is well worth a look. Click here for full details
FOOTY PERMS

What a pleasant surprise it was to see the handicap ratings perm
oblige last week! Yes Wigan did win which was a banker home
bet judging by the handicapping ratings - good stuff. And the
Value calculator selections were surprisingly good too: winning
bets with Hull (2-0), Cambridge United(3-0), Dundee United (1-
0), Stirling (2-1), Stranraer (2-1), Berwick (2-1) and Reading (3-
1). If used as a tool to lay the away teams then we would have
won with draws at Sheffield United, Leicester, Southend, Forest
Green and Falkirk as well. There were 4 losing bets with
Blackburn going down by 1 goal, as did Everton and Ayr, and
Elgin losing by 3.

But on the whole, very encouraging!

So, what has the value calculator come up with this week?
Everton, Sheffield United (probably not a selection of mine as
it's Man Utd visiting), Hull, Leeds, Leicester, Luton, Southend,
Blackpool, Bournemouth, Brentford, Brighton, Leyton Orient,
Millwall, Oldham, Rotherham, Accrington, Barnet, Bury,
Hereford, Macclesfield, Mansfield, Torquay, Dunfermline,
Motherwell, Airdrie, Livingston, Partick and Queen of the South.
Probably too many selections but it would be interesting to see if
the value calculator (www.footballsystem.co.uk) proves as
effective this week. All of the home teams are above evens.

HANDICAP RATINGS

Again focusing on the Premiership, using unique handicap
ratings, how do the Premiership matches pan out?

Everton (120) v Bolton (120)
Arsenal (180) v Newcastle (-50)
Chelsea (280) v West Ham (-10)
Portsmouth (160) v Watford ( -30)
Reading (30) v Charlton (-50)
Sheffield United (-50) v Man Utd (320)
Blackburn (-10) v Tottenham (20)
Wigan (120) v Villa (150)
Middlesbrough (20) v Liverpool(70)

Everton and Bolton can't be split, indicative perhaps of an under
2.5 goals trade? Arsenal have a 230 point clear advantage, and
Chelsea's advantage is 290 points. Man Utd have the greatest
differential of 370 points.

Worth trying the perm again? Why not! The 3 home teams with
the greatest point differential are Arsenal, Chelsea and
Portsmouth.

The 2 away teams with the biggest differential are Man United
and Liverpool (despite their horrendous away record)

This week I've used the soccer magic matrix from
html to calculate this 5 line perm as Football
system bet plans don't cover 5 lines. It's more expensive than
www.footballsystem.co.uk but is a nice bit of kit for football
bettors.

(If you want to see screenprints of the software, please let me
know - that way you get to see the product )

Bets look as follows
Arsenal 11111
Chelsea 11111
Portsmouth 1111X
Man Utd 22XX2
Liverpool 2X2X2

Despite the poor odds for the majority of bets, odds
(accumulated) for each line are surprisingly good and if any of
the lines come in, £100 nominal stake will return £147. Will it be
as profitable as last week - have to wait and see. As I said last
week, I wanted to include other leagues, but time is just not on
my side at present.

SEQUENCES

I enjoyed a 2 hour conversation with DaveWalton from
betexchangetraders.com on Wednesday (I say enjoyed because
he's a 6 foot 3 inch 3rd dan in Karate scouser so I guess the onus
was on me to enjoy the conversation (lol)). He phoned on spec
having enjoyed the newsletter and pointed me in the direction of
another sequence bet this weekend (hinted above) on Liverpool
to end their poor away form. I concur with him as the opposition
is Boro. Dave is a very proficient trader on Betfair, whose
Trading Post has been very good of late and has actually won the
Scoop 6 and Scoop 6 bonus (did I tell you he is my new best
friend) . It was a very interesting chat and I hope I can gleam
some info from him to share with you. He has given me the bare
bones of a jumps system which I'll trial and report back to you
on.

BLOG TASTIC

Working for NickLaight and Canonbury Publishing does have
its perks, and the big cheese, the bossman, the big kahuna, he
who must be obeyed allows me a peek at his non- betting
products, so I'm reading through the blog manual he's sent me
which I will put into action with my soccer and lay blogs (that's
why they haven't turned up yet!).

My back blog is a free service and I believe it offers great value
at present and picks some good winners at decent prices, but I
haven't really exploited the passive income streams that it could
create (to keep it free for you but pay me for my efforts) so, once
I've procured a flux capacitor, I can time travel and hopefully
free up some time to allow me to work these 2 blogs to offer you
great additional info but also make a bit of passive income!
Looking forward to it.

The back blog can get very frustrating because there's horses I
have flagged up, but I second guess myself thanks to the so
called experts opinions and they scoot up - Note to self - have a
bit more self belief!

I'll email you with more details of Nick's Blog manual and a
challenge he is extending to all WRWM readers at the weekend,
but for a sneak peak, take a look here

SYSTEMS SYSTEMS SYSTEMS

My editorial budget for this month hasn't been used because a lot
of the system sellers I approach allow me to view their services,
on the whole, for free. Good news is that it carries over to next
month (a bit like the scoop 6!) so I can purchase some products
whose owners, for whatever reason, feel reluctant to show me!

Of those I have, The Foundation System has created the biggest
stir, and I'll expand on this in this month's newsletter. Looking
mighty impressive at present, I'm quietly optimistic and if it can
weather the winter jumps, then I believe we have a good
contender for long term profitability.

Signposts is officially launched 14 November, but I have been
using it before and it has proved a good investment thus far.
Again, more details in the newsletter and I hope the poor
performance during the flat season could be put down to the fact
that this really is just a National Hunt jumps system.

The Melchior System is surprisingly effective at present, and I
dug it out after the big Racing Post advert, although why they're
offering a tipping service for it, God only knows. It's really not
the kind of system requiring a hotline to CarolVorderman or Dr
Stephen Hawking ! There'll be more to follow in the newsletter,
but persistence seems to be paying off. There are so many badly
written manuals out there which aren't written with a customer
focus that it's good to finally come across some with potential.

I've actually started personally using 5startipster.co.uk this week,
so impressed have I been (sounds a bit like Yoda!) . Progressive
staking, alas, requires the need to react to events in a
live(ish)environment, but if we can get around that, then I'm
confident this lot can continue to produce the goods.

With the success of sequencing as it relates to football (as you've
seen in the eletters) I thought I'd include a little piece on it in the
newsletter. Thanks too, to a reader, Peter, who's agreed to spill
the beans on a promising greyhound system, and it's yours, for
free, in the next newsletter. Again the emphasis is on simplicity
and statistics rather than form, and I'll try to keep a track on it.

I'M A Z LIST CELEBRITY - GET ME OUT OF HERE!

I must say I've enjoyed I'm A Celebrity - highlights include
MyleeneKlass showering on Day one and MyleeneKlass
showering on Day 2, and MyleeneKlass showering on Day 3 . . .

There is a market for I'm A Celebrity on Betfair and the odds
make interesting reading. Myleene is fav at 4.1, followed by
Jason 'ten good reasons not to slap you' Donovan at 4.5, David
Gest at 8, Toby at 12.5, Matt at 13.5, and 30 bar those. I'm going
to have a fun bet on the outsiders (remember Thatch!) Faith
Brown is 30, Lauren Booth 60, Jan Leeming 80, Scott 80, Phina
160, and include this with any other at 4.7 thanks to the arrival of
Dean 'wellard' Gaffney. It's only a fun bet, but the market is in
running so if any of these celebs stay beyond their expected
departure dates, then we can try to engineer a risk free bet as
their odds reduce. You never know how these events will turn
out.

Who'd have thought CarolThatcher would win last year! A £2
bet on the above named with a break even £3 bet on any other
will win us £47 if Faith wins, £107 for Lauren, £147 for Jan and
Scott, £307 for Phina and cost just £13!

I suspect though that the male population want to keep Myleene
in for a little while longer!

Enough of the daydreaming, back to the horses . . .

I note that some of the Cheltenham pretenders are out this
weekend with chase racing very much to the fore. I'm looking
forward to it, and I'm also looking forward to (begrudgingly)
supporting Liverpool this weekend to add another success to the
sequences. Remember, keep your eyes and ears open - I jumped
at the chance of backing Rooney to score midweek for England
after hearing he hadn't scored for over a year for England.
Quality players will come good eventually, injury apart. The
newsletter will be heading your way end of the month and I hope
I've highlighted some of the best performers out there in the
market. For those readers who missed out on my piece on Tim
Eastman the vet - I think you know what to do with the mailshot
don't you? I'm trying not to use expletives here!

Have a great weekend! I'm a newsletter writer - get me out of
here, and get me MyleeneKass's mobile number!
