My Billy Connolly Swearathon Spread bet

Hello

What a great way to start the fecking working week -
2 fecking hours of Billy fecking Connolly on a
Monday fecking Night.

This should, I think, be fecking compulsive for all
Mondays. Perfect for setting the fecking tone for the
upcoming week, BUT my tendency now to fecking
swear a feck of a lot more has fecking reaffirmed the
Big fecking Yin's fecking linguistic influences.

I did try placing a spread bet on the amount of
"swearies" Billy would include in his show - I went
for 500+ and think I might have won although I was
too busy laughing to count!

It was nice to meet him afterwards and he kindly
recorded a video on camcorder for my brother who's
about to be a Dad for the first time. This was my
unique present to my brother and Billy was very
accommodating - what a nice gesture from a man who
must get pestered from fans like "flies round a
camel's arse" as he would say himself.

Highly recommended if the Big Yin's round your
neck of the woods although tickets sell out quicker
than a Steven Brookes ebook which will catapult you
into the elite 1% of Betfair users (yes 100, no 50, no
15 copies left!)!

On the system front, I did manage to wangle a copy
of Martin "on the buses" Blakey's Trading Secret
Plan. You recall I mentioned the myriad winners at
"too good to be true" prices. What's the secret? Well
it's another follow the money system! It's basically
16/1 system for handicap racing with a few filters
thrown in.

There are a few ambiguities within the manual which
may hint at the fact it was swiftly put together without
any real foresight into how the customer would
interpret what was written.

Still, the basic idea is generally sound, although the
rules do near clarification and it would have been nice
to have actually seen some real world examples,
especially concerning the "grey areas" where personal
interpretation is advised.

Suffice to say, this manual will serve no real purpose
for 9-5ers and for those who are familiar with the
concept of the 16/1 system and market movers. The
basic seeds of the system are hinted at above and you
may want to experiment that way.

I am convinced that results can be replicated although
there will have to be some clarification regarding
when to be flexible with selections which would
strictly not qualify if following the rules.

TONY GIBSON'S MONEY TALKS

Following the theme of looking for potential hidden
gambles, Tony Gibson's Money talks came into my
inbox last week. Tony is a very thorough man, and
this system needs no clarification. It remains for me
to personally test it myself. The results posted I note
are for the WIN only BUT Tony does mention to
back for the place only if the price is above certain
odds.

It is certainly a logical system and I will update you in
the new newsletter.

THE CAMBRIDGE TARGET SYSTEM
Well this system is winging its way to me and I hope
to receive it very soon. I must, through experience,
take profit claims from SportsWorld Publishing with
a hefty dose of salt - £193,000 in 11 months reminds
me of Sportsworld's £20,000 in 3 months for the
money vault and £100,000 in 4 months (if memory
serves) for Signposts to Success which was a
complete flop and has mysteriously disappeared! I
look forward to it that's for sure and hope it arrives
before the next newsletter so I can tell you.

ANDREW WOOD'S 10 YEAR TRENDS

12 testers are wanted for this specific system. I was
going to ask people individually but have realised I
don't have all of the email addresses to hand for my
better testers. These guys, if responding, will take
precedence so get emailing with the text "10 YEAR
TREND TESTER" in the subject box! It's a system of
great potential and focuses purely on the top class
races and meetings and previous results and p/l
figures have been very encouraging indeed.

It will be a 30-day trial and is ideally timed for some
of the Classics in June.

And finally, it was good to read in the Racing post
that the OFT are going to up their battle against scam
tipsters but disconcerting that they admit themselves
it will be a tricky task. PHEW! No need for me to
collect my P 45 just yet.

Have a great weekend

Clive
