Life's Not That Bad - I Could Be A Spurs FanHi,
Mr Ramos is waking up today after another defeat to Udinese thinking "Why me?" Life really is tough for the £50,000+ per week manager and his £50,000+ per week players. You really do need to feel sorry for them in these recessionary times. At least there is some light at the end of the tunnel. I have it on the grapevine that the £37 eBook affiliate boys are already putting together a "How to manage a Premiership football team successfully (ish) GUARANTEED" package - so watch out for that in your inboxes soon. It was tempting to just focus on the Spurs jokes that are doing the rounds this week but I thought - "No!" - and then I changed my mind. After the GMTV phone-in scandal, Tottenham are understood to be suing the Premier League, UEFA and the FA for allowing them to enter competitions they had no chance of winning. Ramos was caught deliberately speeding the other day. It was the only way for him to guarantee 3 points. A man is sitting in a pub with his Jack Russell dog one Saturday afternoon. The football results are coming up on the television in the corner, "Liverpool 2, Tottenham Hotspur 1," reads the announcer in his normal, rather sedate, voice. Suddenly the Jack Russell dog jumps up and shouts out, "Oh, no, not again." The shocked landlord says, "That's amazing. Why did he say that when the result was announced that Tottenham lost?" "Because he's a Spurs supporter," the dog's owner replies. The landlord then asked what the dog says when Tottenham win a match, to which the man replied, "I don't know. I've only had him three years." A man has been found dead in the river. He was wearing a Spurs shirt, stockings, suspenders and high heeled shoes. Police have removed the shirt to reduce further embarrassment to his family. I just went down to the newsagents and bought Tottenham Hotspur magazine. Thank goodness they had porn mags to hide it in. What does a Spurs fan do after he sees his team win? Turns off the Xbox. I heard that Chas N' Dave are planning to re-release 'Spurs are on their way to Wembley' in time for the 2010/11 Johnstone Paints Trophy campaign. I THANK YOU - I am open for the Winter Season - matinees as well. Speaking of football, I have my hands on the footballlayingcode eBook which has been newly released - I gave it a slight mention in the newsletter and will begin monitoring this weekend. It's refreshing to see an eBook without the usual filler which gets straight down to the meat and bones. This is a laying specific eBook, and when laying and football mix WITHOUT THE INTERVENTION OF TRADING, inevitably the odds can be quite high. The odds limit for lays using this method are 7. Whenever I lay in football matches it is ALWAYS with trading in mind, and this is where these laying without trading systems may fall apart in the long term. With odds of 7 we need a very high strike rate indeed over a concerted period in order to simply see a profit Still I will monitor it via the footy blog at http://www.soccerbettingmoneymaker.blogspot.com/ starting this weekend if there are any qualifiers. We'll see if a profit can be made with a system where you need 7 wins out of 8 consistently (or thereabouts!) ************************ OTHER NEWBIES? ************************ http://racing-success.com I have received this system now and it is nothing new although the eBook is very well written. Despite the fact the author is not one of the affiliate eBook scoundrels I cannot recommend purchase of this book because, simply, the "system" is to be found elsewhere. You can see it in methods such as Mohammed Ali's 'How to back favourites for a living' and 'The Mathematical Formula' and, indeed, 'Bet Ex Profits' to some extend. It mirrors my horse racing blog coincidentally too. So look through WRWM's of days of yore - the clue's are there! For £97 I'm afraid you would be wasting your money. I don't want to say this because I feel the author is a good guy - it's just what he's selling is not a new revelation/system/strategy at all. And that, I'm afraid, is the bare bones of it! ******************* BLOGSTASTIC ******************* Things are going well with the place only betting blog at http://www.back-lay-trade-horses-football.blogspot.com/ and the article in the new newsletter will hopefully help you to see what I am trying to achieve with place only betting and compounding. It is proving successful at present as I have a very high strike rate (as is expected when we avoid the win market). In fact yesterday saw all highlighted price gappers placed (but I like to focus on just the one which yesterday was Tot O Whiskey which was a Martin Blakey insider info bet previously - and actually won after impressing when Martin tipped it up) I hope you've been enjoying the insider info testing and welcome to testers of the new betting system that I mentioned a few weeks ago. Fear not those not selected (it was a random process) I have your names and there are a couple of interesting systems in the pipeline that will require testers in due time so watch out for that email! Having been generally impressed with the kind of systems that Martin Blakey has produced, from the Target 10 which is fully subscribed to the Trading Secret Plan which has proved to be a revelation for me, I draw your attention to http://www.pro-info.co.uk/ which is his new service and will be launched around November time. I only hope it is of the kind of quality of his previous systems which have proven to be winners. I suspect it'll be worth a look and I'll be monitoring it closely as soon as it starts. I actually now have a copy of the Target 10 system which I will try to use from a practical perspective - this system deals with finding handicap horses who have a superb chance of placing (but are backed to win too BUT with the emphasis on placing) -if it is workable and understandable then I'll ask Martin if he'll release it as a backing system in its own right! ************************************ PITTS IS STILL THE PITTS - HE REALLY IS! ************************************ Keith Pitts is still proofing the out of kilter win bets to me and the winners are still coming and profits are being made daily. I am keen to keep this in test mode for a few weeks longer. If memory serves it was something silly like 130 points profit last week and 1 day actually had 14 losing selections! So as you can imagine it may need tweaking but the temptation is not to mess with it if it's delivering! All will be revealed once sustained profitable days are under the belt but it is certainly exciting to read daily about the kinds of profits realised. I'm off now - bank holiday in Ireland and there's an Irish Music Festival in Castleisland this weekend with some well known Irish Musicians - looking forward to it - just hope Chas and Dave don't make an appearance! Have a great weekend! PS Congratulations to the bossman, he who must be obeyed on the good news that he is to be a father soon! He's been a busy man! Not only with impending tiny footsteps but he's also got a new website up called www.whatbizopp.com which is well worth a visit! It's just laucnhed but already you can see an archive of some of my old eletters, system reviews plus lots more freebies over in the the betting section. Make sure you check it out here: www.whatbizopp.com Have a great weekend! Clive |
